Meet Our Team of PTs
Take the time to meet our team of physical therapists:
PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Dave runs the Coppermine Clinic and treats at all three locations. Dave uses his expertise to integrate manipulative manual therapy along with biomechanical assessment to treat a wide array of conditions.
PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Frank runs the Training House and Maryland Club Clinics. He works with active adults and athletes of all ages, developing movement-based rehabilitative programs and return to sport conditioning.
PT, DPT, SFMA-Lvl1
Justin is currently in a manual therapy-based fellowship through IMPACT and enjoys working with a variety of patients, utilizing manual therapy and corrective exercises to improve quality of life.
PT, DPT, OCS
Molly utilizes a range of manual interventions from joint mobilization and manipulation to fascial and active release techniques. As well as manual therapy and progressive exercise to address biomechanical dysfunctions.
PT, DPT, CSCS, SFMA-Lvl2
Zach enjoys integrating his experience as a CSCS into his PT treatments to help get athletes and members of the general population alike back to what they love, and performing even better than before.
PJ graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Carroll Community College in 2016. Working with young children is his passion, but works with patients of all ages and fitness backgrounds.
Lauren also has special interest in treating patients with neurological diseases, stroke, and particularly Parkinson’s disease. She is an LVST BIG certified therapist. She helps her patients return to the simple joys of life.
John P. Shober
PT, DPT, OCS
John graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1977 and the University of Maryland’s School of Medicine in 1980, Department of Physical Therapy. His specialty is Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
PT, DPT, MTC
Janine is a 1994 graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Department of Physical Therapy. She has strong interests and training in Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation, Women’s Health, and orthopedics.
Cathy is a 1982 graduate of California State University at Fresno and is board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She has extensive continuing education training in a variety of topics including hand therapy, geriatric exercise, spinal care and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Dillion is a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified golf professional with experience in evaluating and treating biomechanical faults that create pain. Most often these are the same biomechanical faults in Golf that impair performance.
