Kathleen Fallace, PTA
Kathleen is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with over a decade of experience, specializing in applied functional science. Since graduating from Carroll Community College in 2011, she has developed expertise in identifying biomechanical faults and compensations that contribute to pain and dysfunction. Kathleen focuses on addressing the root causes of issues, creating personalized treatment programs that empower patients to regain strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Kathleen has worked alongside Jacksonville Clinic Director Tom for more than 10 years, developing a strong clinical partnership built on a shared commitment to patient-centered care and movement-based rehabilitation.
Passionate about functional movement and rehabilitation, Kathleen draws on her own experience as an ultramarathoner and outdoor enthusiast to deepen her understanding of performance and recovery. She is committed to helping each patient achieve lasting results.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys photography, hiking, and trail running. She has been married for 33 years, is the proud parent of four adult children, and a grandmother. She brings compassion, empathy, and a deep appreciation for family and community to everything she does.
