Dennis Elwell, PT, DPT, COMT

Dennis has been working in physical therapy for over 20 years. He grew up and initially worked in South Jersey, then moved to the Baltimore region, where he has been treating patients for the past 10+ years. He enjoys working with patients experiencing a wide variety of orthopedic issues. Additionally, he has experience treating patients with dysfunction of the TMJ and vestibular and post-concussion. He has most recently enjoyed exploring pain science and how our biology, psychology, and environment can directly affect the symptoms we experience. Dennis enjoys educating his patients, helping them understand their underlying pathology and how physical therapy can help them meet their goals. He has certifications in Graston IASTM, Dry Needling Level 2, and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).

When he is not working, Dennis enjoys running and spending time with his wife and 2 little girls.
