It is offered as If you do not have a computer accessible to you or have issues with downloading, you may also be able to complete your visit using your smartphone. Another option is iPhone Facetime technology where no download is required.

Prior to your telehealth appointment, you will want to do the following things to get the most out of your appointment:

  • Ensure your camera is working and video is allowed
  • Ensure you are connected to a strong internet connection
  • Ensure you have proper space to complete your treatment in a comfortable environment – you will likely need to move during the visit to do recommended exercises or stretches
